Agreed. That illegal alien doesn't deserve a red cent; tho she DOES deserve to be under lock and key before being deported with a 10 year ban on coming back to the US for ANY reason.
I cannot for the life of me understand why we are ignoring our laws and penalizing the law enforcement officials that try to enforce them. The attitude of illegals are beyond outrageous. Can you imagine being in the country illegally and then having the nerve to sue when you are arrested? And even more outrageous - winning the lawsuit!!!!!!!! I can't wrap my head around what is happening in this country.
Seems the ACLU does a better job of making sure illegals have their "rights" upheld.
$30K of taxpayer money handed off to an illegal who was held for ICE based on Federal Law.
Go figure.....
Well those cops won't be holding anyone for ICE now..
If I am reading the story right ICE requested the sheriffs office to detained her which the did. ICE had 48 hours to charge her or release her. They did not charge her but she was held for a additional 24 hours before being released. My question is why did ICE not charge her and start deportation proceedings.
