So if we go to the border can we just start physically picking them up and throwing them back across?

Mexico doesn't want them! They'd probably open fire on you. They enforce their immigration laws.

It's about time that Americans stood up for themselves!!! Nobody in government is listening to US. I'm tired of paying everybody else's way in this stupid country.
I wonder if the protesters realize that by blocking those buses, they were delaying the deportation of many of those immigrants.

The Catholic Church is a huge defender of illegal immigration because it fills their pews. Another reason why land owned by organized religious bodies should be taxed.

They weren't going to show up for deportation anyway. The protest sends a message.

The southern border is a ****ing joke. The only immigration reform I support is seasonal work permits for the illegals, then go back home once the season is up. Get them in the system, get them paying taxes, then send them back home.

The other way would be to raise the minimum wage to $10 an hour, reducing any negative impact illegals have an wages. Maybe then Americans would be willing to work in meat packing plants for more desirable wages. The illegals are here not because of some conspiracy to undercut the American lower class, but they are there because the American lower class does not want to work those jobs for pitiful pay

This should be merged with the other thread "protest over immigrants flown into
Murrietta" - same topic.

LOL..not in the least. Those were families, not minors.
Families are processed and given "permisos".
Show up in 15 days only 90% of them don't show up and no one is hunting them down.

All those people did was to put off their "assimilation" into US society for a short time.

There is a backlog of 350,000 cases waiting for their deportation hearing.
It will be one to two years before any hearing. And that's only if they show up during that 15 days.

These people think these "permisos" is their paperwork to be allowed to live in the US.
These people come from countries where less then half the population make it to 6th grade.
They come from countries with corrupt governments and have learned to just nod their heads and then disappear into society.
