If it's true, then this probably will be a NATIONAL movement just like the civil rights marchers back in the day. It's not only that the government is importing massive poverty into our lives, but the angst that we feel that the government no longer listens to US. That is what got Eric Cantor dethroned. If a politician or party could just tap into this feeling, it could be a powerful movement in this country. I hope that the Murrieta protesters are orderly. I hate to even imagine that our own countrymen could be jailed just for demanding their rights as american citizens- just as I hate the thought that others were jailed for it.
Of course talk of amnesty isn't new and Reagan did give amnesty to 3 million illegal aliens but that just encouraged more illegal immigration so why did Bush and now Obama is talking about having another one? Obama has gone much further in encouraging illegal immigration than any other president has and that is why we have had the latest flood of Central Americans coming here.
Give it up please, that was then and this is in the now. Remember Obama was the chosen one, the different one, the one that was going to be the complete opposite of what we have known.
Believe me, he is none of what he promised, even you have to know this.
He has only made this situation worse, the one that has gone on for too long, and thru too many Presidents. But Obama was going to secure our borders remember that talk, have him on tape taking about that issue, I do not recall this happening do you.

No, I won't give up on being honest about the fact that the illegal immigration problem has been with us for decades, and not one president has been serious about securing the border. Blaming Obama for everything is extremely simple-minded.
I'd love to see Congress or the next president do something about this problem, but I'm not expecting it to happen.
