TRESPASSERS OF AMERICA
....
What is so hard about legislating immediate deportation, barred from future immigration, and a ten year prison sentence at hard labor for a second offense?

Those who invaded prior to the new legislation can self-deport without penalty. Failure to self-deport within 90 days will be treated harshly.

Governments who aided or abetted the invasion shall be immediately cut off from all foreign aid and assistance. Period.
....
Either you are obedient to American law or you’re a trespasser. Trespassers have no “right” to be here, nor do they have the “privilege.”

Public servants who think they’re masters and absolve trespassers should reconsider.

And "neighbors" who turn a blind eye to trespassers, aren't "good neighbors."
....

Of course, this is never going to happen as long as the socialist tax system encourages American businesses to hire trespassers "under the table." Or that trespassers can access taxpayer funded freebies dispensed by socialist bureaucracies.

But look on the bright side - once the government collapses, then all payments will immediately stop.

Any speculation on what will happen next is open to conjecture.

Flood of lawsuits to follow wave of illegal immigrants? | Fox News

The American Civil Liberties Union has already sued the federal government to ensure that each of the 60,000-plus unaccompanied children who have come across the border since November gets taxpayer-funded representation at deportation hearings.

What we have here is political pandering at its worst. The left pandering to enablers and the right pandering to those who want an end to illegal immigration. No realistic solutions are brought to the table and even if they were neither side will go for it. The risk of giving an inch is too great.

The ACLU is a despicable anti-American group.

I lost all respect for them when GW Bush had the SSA print up 8 million no-match SSN letters. When the SSA got ready to mail them out, the despicable ACLU sued to stop it from happening. They used a flimsy excuse saying that those letters had a 4% error rate. Never mind that there are procedures in place at the SSA to correct legitimate errors.

Cowards that they are, the ACLU took their case to the 9th Circuit Court, which is filled with left wing activist judges. That way the despicable ACLU would get the ruling they wanted---and they did. Those letters were stopped dead in their tracks.

If the ACLU had the courage of their convictions, they would have taken their case to another Circuit Court. I think that they refused to do that because another Circuit Court would have ruled against them.

The ACLU needs to change their name because these days they are putting illegals ahead of American citizens.

It's a shame. At one time, the ACLU was a group to be admired as they were involved in the fight to get the Civil Rights Act passed.

Today, they have become worthless and are actively working to destroy this country. In the past, they've actually sent us letters asking for money. Did that make my blood boil! Those letters went right into the shredder

Over 500 other pro-amnesty groups have also contacted the WH to not deport them so quick and to not change the 2008 law.
