Border Patrol Says More Agents Attacked
It looks like an extremely dangerous job is getting more dangerous.

SAN DIEGO -- The U.S. Border Patrol says its agents have been assaulted 250 times along the Mexican border since Oct. 1, a number that represents a 38 percent increase from the same period last year.
Officials say the rising violence indicates smugglers are frustrated and more desperate as it has become more difficult to cross the border illegally. Agents have been attacked with rocks, vehicles and Molotov cocktails.

They better not defend themselves lest they end up on the receiving end of a ten year prison sentence.
I wouldn't be a Border Patrol agent for a six-figure salary. They have a thankless job and they work for a government that ties their hands, won't allow them to defend themselves, bends over for the Mexican government, and who will side with criminals against them when push comes to shove. |

What a thankless job those agents have. Putting their lives on the line daily and having the fear of being jailed if they shoot one of those lawbreakers.

Could not agree more. I say that the border should be mined and that illegals should be shot once spotted crossing. How soon do you think they would stop? Damn quick for sure. Of course, this is just more of those family values that they keep telling us they have. |

Many Americans have had it with illegals and illegal drugs crossing the border. 98%-99% of all of America's Methamphetamine, Cocain, Heroin and pot come straight from Mexico to destroy our kids lives. It is our government's Crime that those two drug enforcement agents were prosectued for doing their jobs!

It's all about the votes! Both parties see the Hispanic population as their ticket to getting in or keeping power. Neither party is going to do jackzhit about stopping the flow of illegals.
