Default Judge not inclined to block Employer Sanctions Law here in Arizona

Quote:
U.S. District Judge Neil Wake told lawyers in the case Tuesday that he's inclined to turn down a request from business groups for a temporary restraining order.

Wake says he plans to rule by the end of the week, and one of the lawyers for the challengers says they'll appeal a denial.

Wake also expressed a belief that he must consider the interests of the public on whether to delay the law.

He specifically cited the interests of law-abiding workers who are harmed by competition from unauthorized workers.

Amazing, ArizonaBear

Does this mean a major "turning point" in the Anti-Illegal movement?

Good! It's about time that judges consider the interest of the public (the public being legal US citizens). These attorneys bringing these lawsuits and appeals give attorneys a bad name.
