But they have until October. I thought they were only supposed to be at these places for 15 days?

I still don't understand how they are able to stay at such an active military base. That is unbelievable.

Good for Oklahoma!! They have 1,200 kids there now, and Hagel has approved sending 5,000 more??? That's crazy. It's an active military base, plus the commissary and medical offices are used daily by the area veterans--this isn't just some empty warehouse.
