This is such bull! So, because they are minors they can't stop them from recruiting gang members from other countries on American soil and with Americas' equipment? If an American minor commits an egregious crime here, they can be tried as an adult, but illegals can't?!

Good point, Jess5! If American minors can be charged as an adults, then why can't violent illegal alien gangbangers also be charged in the same way?
Not to mention, how do they know that these thugs are telling the truth about their ages?
I get this picture in my head of an American minor in a detention center, which, they don't get that much time on the phone anyway. I can just picture him recruiting someone for a gang, and a security guard slamming the phone down, Yelling at him What A Little Punk He Was, and taking away his phone privileges, and putting it on his record. Of course the minor would be handcuffed and taken roughly back to his cell, or shared room. That guard would tell the other employees and he would be treated badly for the duration of his stay. I know this is true. I know a lot of people who work at detention centers & jails. I guess the difference is that the illegal minors aren't there for crimes they committed, but as a holding area. Yes, that last sentence was sarcasm.

Just having an MS-13 tattoo (and most members have them covering their entire bodies) should be an automatic felony and worthy of long-term imprisonment. Is our federal government really this incompetent, or are they trying to destroy us from the inside?
