President Obama is expected to take executive action to help illegal immigrants stay in the country while Congress is away on a five-week recess, pro-immigrant advocates said Saturday.

He has to act because Congress won't - of course the house just passed a bill but it doesn't do what he wants.

I would suggest the house bill seems to be more in line with what the polls show the people want.

The House bill didn't have a chance of being introduced in Harry Reid's Senate, and the President had already announced he wasn't going to sign it.

Whatever he's planning on doing, it's been a done deal all along.
