Read where in Sacramento a "new" student spread t.b to over 100 students recently and they have several hundred more to test. I think it was Carmichael...the school dist.
True you can get t.b feeding the homeless here but to put it in concentrated populated areas is just careless.

Some places require the homeless to have TB cards with the last date of their skin test.
If they don't have the card they cannot enter the shelters and get food.
And the test has to be repeated annually.

Oregon, Colorado and Texas are some of the states that require it.
