The sad thing is that it will go before the 9th circuit court of appeals (in San Fran) at the 11th hour. If you have any knowledge of the 9th circuit court of appeals, they are uber-liberal and will probably overturn this law without even hearing the case. They are a horrible set of judges. I'm curious, I guess I didn't know Arizona was within their jurisdiction. Thank goodness Oklahoma is not within their jurisdiction or the law there would be overturned as well. Rest assured, the 9th circuit court of shlameals will overturn this law. I pray that I am wrong.

Two years ago I would have agreed; now, I am not so sure that the 9th Circuit Court will be that 'bleeding heart' trigger happy.

Oh, no! The dreaded 9th circuit court is ultra liberal.

This law will never see the light of day. The 9th Circuit will have a field day killing this when it gets there. A certainty.
