All they need is their permiso and their shot certificate that HHS gave them.
And the Dept of Education sent out a notice to schools that they can apply for Title 1, Title 3, Homeless and other Fed money programs for extra money for these kids.

50,000 new "students" that the Fed will be paying for. Let the money flow....

Recently arrived unaccompanied children are later released from federal custody to an appropriate sponsor usually a parent, relative, or family friend who can safely and appropriately care for them while their immigration cases proceed. While residing with a sponsor, these children have a right under federal law to enroll in public elementary and secondary schools in their local communities and to benefit from educational services, as do all children in the U.S.

No constitution in the US, or the national constitution, prohibit foreign students from enrolling in our K-12 schools.

Who's going to pay for it? No where in the constitution says the illegals can stay in USA.

The tax payers will. Of course this means our American students suffer but this administration has made it know they don't matter.

There is nothing in our immigration laws that says that illegals can remain here. The problem is that they are entitled to an education while here. I oppose that and an amendment to the Constitution would change that. It makes no sense to me to provide an education for those who are here in violation of our immigration laws especially since it is the U.S. taxpayer footing the bill.

We are. That notice that went to schools says there are a number of programs that will give them extra money.

The various Title X programs for the poor, the migrant program, the homeless program, the special needs program, etc. all will pay for these 50,000 new students.

Our Constitution also makes no mention of an immigration system. For much of this nation's history, we did not have any immigration system in place until the mid 1800s

Quoting laws won't help. It's a done deal. The kids are here and taxpayer dollars are being spent.

Likewise we didn't have welfare. Once welfare was created we get a different class of immigrants.

Exactly! And, that is why our forefathers were not illegals. There was no immigration system in place when they came to America. There were no laws of any kind.
