Georgia has a new tough anti illegal immigration law but it is not being enforced and more and more illegal immigrants are moving in every day.
But, you know what? Whether it will be enforced or not is currently beside the point. It's already effective because many businesses are firing a lot of their workers with questionable legal status even before the law takes effect! You know why they're doing it: they're simply trying to avoid the penalties.

Also, it has been reported that many illegal aliens are leaving Arizona. If that's true, all I have to say is: "adios and GOOD RIDDANCE!" We're fed up with hospital emergency rooms being overcrowded with people who don't speak English and have no insurance. We're fed up with subsidizing their multitudes of children via welfare. We'll likely pay higher prices for goods & services, but it will be worth it in the long run!

And, I can give you a guarantee that AZ will be enforcing the new law against EMPLOYERS - not, illegal immigrants

Tennessee passed a law against employers hiring illegals, goes into effect January 1 2008. A business can lose their business license for up to one year for hiring illegals. I know a few employers that are weeding out the illegals really fast...LOL...I've been doing my part to expose these scum suckers that I know hire illegals. I think it's time more people stand up and be heard, let the government on all levels know we are sick and tired of this BS.

I dont know about all of VA, but Prince William County in VA defintely means business when it comes to enforcing laws on illegals. The cops there are in training to check for immigration status. Illegals are getting scared and sadly they are coming up to where i live (Alexandria) b/c it is a sanctuary city.

Here's an article from yesterday, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
