They may make it sound legal. but there is nothing legal about it. By Passing US workers is illegal.
What should be happening is:
Every Us worker that is fired, furllowed or layed off from these jobs should automatically have their name and Resume reported to an " Employment
oversight Committee" that monitors just this type of situation. When an employer claims to be short on work they have to chose from the list of qualified US workers first.
This is not only fraud it's discrimination.

Yeah - love that guy! He has quite a few about illegal immigration, speaking English, dial 1 for English, etc.

The problem is -- obviously there's a lot of fraud in the H1-visas and obviously Americans do want these jobs or they wouldn't need seminars on how to disqualify even qualified Americans.

Did you even listen to the video? There ARE Americans who want these jobs and the employers are being instructed how not to even give an American a chance at the job.

I've never seen such a BLATANT disregard for the law, and for their fellow citizens. They are America haters, and they ought to be forced to go work in Mexico, and be paid like the peons.

What GALL. And, the guy acted like it was "ok" to do this, like it was business as usual, circumventing the law, for criminy sakes!
Imagine if this seminar was on how not to hire a woman for a job, or a black. How to make women or black job applicants jump through hoops, waste their time when you had no intention of hiring them.

It's as though discriminating against Americans when hiring is acceptable or something. Imagine the Americans who actually bothered sending in resumes, making arrangements to go in for an interview when the whole thing was a joke and the employer never intended to hire any American. People desperate for a job -- and this is what they can expect? It costs money to look for a job and get in for an interview -- but these jerks don't care.

Historically, most racism comes out of fear. The hated group, usually an oppressed minority is seen as a risk to the already low status of the hating group.

The poor Afrikanner could be counted upon to uphold apartheid.

The Nazis taught to hate the Socialists, Communists, Jews, came primarily from blue collar backgrounds.

Lenin counted upon the lowly factory worker to lead the fight against the aristocracy.
