Yes, many are. However, Obama has now made it possible for them to continue to work without fear of deportation. Those not working will get work permits. Americans need the jobs they are holding and they don't need further competition from low waged foreigners.
Obama's statement is on par with his claim that Obamacare will save $2,500/year per household. And half the country still lap up his lies.
It's also on par with Nancy Pelosi saying that unemployment insurance was a stimulus for the economy and that Obamacare would free people up to pursue their passions.
None of this matters anymore. I hoped years ago that someone somehow somewhere would force these idiots to change course. That is not gonna happen. The only important thing now is what happens in 2016.
