Not really. When a judge makes a ruling, that ruling becomes law, without regard to what the feds dictate, unless overturned by a superior court.

Then "judge" Campbell; maybe you need to be impeached for protecting illegal aliens over US citizens.
Technically the Judge is not enforcing the law. Illegals do not have rights and are Trespassing on Us Territory.

Campbell is a disgrace to the Bench and is Certainly not up holding the Oath of Office.
