Coming here without going through the process to become a legal citizen is what makes someone Illegal. It would be the same if I went to Mexico without going through the proper channels and then started demanding things from the Mexican government, do you really think they're gonna start in on the free handouts?

High Court Case Pits Texas Against Bush and International Court of Justice
By Randy Hall
CNSNews.com Staff Writer/Editor
October 02, 2007
(CNSNews.com) - One of the cases the Supreme Court will hear in its new term has officials from Texas accusing their former governor, President George W. Bush, of overstepping his authority by ordering them to follow an international court's ruling about an illegal immigrant who's been convicted of murder.
The Supreme Court will hear arguments on Oct. 10 regarding Medellin v. Texas, and the high court's decision will affect the treatment of more than 50 Mexicans on death row in the U.S., as well as about 6,000 American citizens who are accused of crimes each year while traveling or living abroad.
The controversy began in Houston on June 24, 1993. While 16-year-old Elizabeth Pena and 15-year-old Jennifer Ertman were walking home after visiting a friend, they were kidnapped, raped, and strangled by Jose Medellin and other members of a gang known as the Black and Whites.
Medellin -- who was in the U.S. illegally -- was tried and convicted of capital murder in 1994 and was sentenced to death. After losing a number of appeals, he wrote to Mexican consular authorities on April 29, 1997, and they began providing him with legal assistance.

I didn't see anything like that from the link provided. Can you show me where they stated that?

Okay that wasn't that hard to provide facts or sources to prove he was illegal was it?
Now he should be thrown in jail for life.

Blacknight04: If I go to your house that has a fence all around your property. I climb over your fence and force my self into your house. What would you consider me.? A LEGAL ALIEN or a ILLEGAL ALIEN by my actions. Am I documented or Undocumented? I came from another country to the US as an ALIEN, yes, but as a DOCUMENTED Alien, not an UNDOCUMENTED ALIEN. Now with this DOCUMENTED position, I served in the US MILITARY in COMBAT in KOREA, all the time holding a GREEN CARD classifying me as LEGALLY DOCUMENTED ALIEN. TODAY there are an estimated 55,000 GREEN CARD holders serving in the US military. Within the last 45 days several GREEN CARD holders were sworn in as AMERICAN CITIZENS all in IRAQ. NOW do we understand the difference between DOCUMENTED an UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS??????. Stefhen

Okay i think i know the difference between an undocumented alien and an undocumented one. Btw, a country is not a house so that analogy doesn't make any sense.

The country is our home so it makes perfect sense.
