One of the news links I read about his raids is incorrect then. It was about the 58th raid and they mention 100% of those arrested in all previous are illegals and no employers were arrested. The article dealt with the Employer Sanction Raids.

But you know Yellow Journalism is the norm these days.

E-verify does pick up some ID theft. However, illegals who have anchor babies will name said children after themselves. Then the parents use the child's SSN. E-verify doesn't pick up ID theft like that. Democrats have fought tooth and nail against tweaking E-verify so that it will pick up such things.

Also, did you know that, according to the law, it's not illegal for someone to use your SSN as long as they don't use your name with it? When that happens, the SSA won't tell you about it. You only find out when the IRS comes after you for not filing a tax return for a job you never worked. Yet, neither party has made an effort to close this despicable loophole.

Agreed and if convicted; seize all of that person's assets. I'm talking about companies who have more than about 5 employees, to be fair. The person hiring a possible illegal alien by Home Depot I ain't that concerned about since MOST illegals by that kind of store don't make steady enough money to risk the hassle between few jobs and LE sniffing around.

I didn't act like the entire staffs of businesses are illegal. I don't know why you chose to take that leap.

If you want to be realistic, don't assume that all illegals get paid the way the ones you know get paid. I know some who have used other people ss# for work. You don't know all illegals, do you?

Look at how you wrote your post and you see why I wrote what I wrote.

I also never alluded to knowing all and in fact never contested when you posted a contrasting view which demonstrates I realize that very basic aspect.

If you are defensive you need to cool down and admit you made an error in your posting and we can continue the discussion. Otherwise, forget it about any more communication.

Those appear to be Federal charges and arrests made by Feds not Maricopa Sherrif which is what you referred to above in response to my posts.

Thanks too to the idiot judge for delivering to the Dems, the 2016 votes of immigrants and Latinos with his ridiculous partisan ruling.

Thank you for taking time away from the Obama Shrine to post.

Again, immigrants can't vote! No way should any group in this country blackmail our politicians for votes by ignoring our laws and rewarding those who break them. What Americans would think that way??
