Exactly! It has merely been an erroneous practice. According to the 14th Amendment they are not citizens. No one seems to have the guts to address this issue.....

They live in the cities mostly because 97% of them aren't picking crops. They are doing jobs that Americans have always been willing to do for a fair wage. I suppose the millions that are doing construction work for example are doing so because the builders can't find Americans to do those jobs? Lol! Who do these people think they are kidding? Wong Kim Ark was about parents in this country legally even though they weren't citizens. You can't use that as a gauge for parents here illegally. You are taking things out of context. As we keep telling you the parents have to hold allegiance to this country in order for their kids to qualify for birthright citizenship....thus "and" subject to the jurisdiction which is the qualifier.

Please stop with your race baiting nonsense. President Bush (the white guy) tried to push an amnesty also but there was so much outrage that he never got it. No, illegal aliens are not a part of our culture and the reason for the objection today is because it has reached critical mass now in numbers, job losses, reduced wages, higher taxes increase in crime and overcrowded conditions in our schools, jails and hospitals. Many illegal aliens commit ID theft or tax evasion to work here. As I said in previous post only 3% of illegal aliens are picking crops and there are unlimited visas for legal, foreign crop pickers. Farmers that use illegal aliens are doing so to increase their profits while they break our laws to do so. They pass on the huge social costs of these illegal aliens to "we" the taxpayer.
Succession isn't an illegal immigration topic nor is buying up guns and desiring our immigration laws to be enforced certainly has nothing to do with racism or hate. Americas highest paying jobs manufacturing TV's, cell phones, and other electronics have been moved to Asia. Why isnt there a forum section dedicated to those jobs being lost?

It's def constitutional IMHO since the US born kids of foreign diplomats DON'T get birthright and their parents are here legally. There's NO reason to allow the US born kinds of illegal alien parents to get birthright instead.

State court hacks. LOL. There was no guidance in the WKA decision that give citizenship to children born here who's parents don't have a permanent domicile here. Illegal aliens can't have a permanent domicile here. They're in the country illegally and shouldn't even be here at all.
