To ban birthright for ANY kid born in the US unless at least 1 parent's a US citizen. It goes without saying that a law like that would be to stop FUTURE anchor kids from being citizens, NOT the ones already here.

I'm not wrong. I listed the entire legal history of the 14th Amendment, SCOTUS WKA ruling, Secretaries of State's nationality rulings, subsequent nationality law, and the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924. None of all that ever gives illegal aliens' children birthright citizenship. None of it.

Doing so is just a "policy" decision, nothing more. It's just as illegal as refusing to deport all illegals, which is another "policy" decision.
