And I don't know about that article but the Census say that Hispanic women have 2.1 children which is equivalent to the American national average for births.

You assume they have more kids thats whats wrong. And to your second comment, I think Greatday should have a look at that and replace that with daddy.

I am not assuming they have more kids,I said I believe ( based on reports from hospitals in the border states as wel as what I have seen.) And greatday isnt my daddy.

I too live in a border state. I can recognize that I cannot make such an assumption because I don't know any facts. Seeing and assuming are two very different things.
