The situation suddenly got even worse today. Britain in contributing its assault ship, HMS Bulwark which opens at the back and floods a compartment from which boats can be launched. Presumably that ability will be reversed so the migrant boats can sail straight on in. PIC PUB PLEASE HMS Bulwark ready to help tackle Mediterranean migrant crisis - Telegraph

And here's the funny part. The ship is only there to assist the Italians and won't be transporting any of them to the UK because the British PM has refused to accept anymore refugees!

And another 5,800 beggars just arrived: Rescued 5,800 migrants arrive in Italy port

How is a country like Italy supposed to absorb all this human flotsam? They don't speak the language so they'll never be able to get jobs and without one, they'll just become a constant drain on a country's resources.

The next boatload that's picked up needs to be taken straight back to Libya, not Italy.

I don't know what to do about those waves of illegal aliens that'd be "Ok" under international law except maybe put them into detention camps on an island but keep the men and women apart till those illegals decide they'd want to go back home.

I was looking around the Web to see where they're all coming from and found this BBC News report dating from 2007: BBC NEWS | Europe | Key facts: Africa to Europe migration

The good news today though seems to be that only 5.000 will be allowed to settle in the EU and the rest sent back: EU leaders to allow 5,000 Mediterranean migrant crisis refugees to settle in Europe | World | News | Daily Express

And don't fly them back either: a merchant ship can do a much better job at getting rid of them all in one go.
