Sounds like the death train incident from last year. I feel sorry for them but the current Administration's policies have been encouraging people to make this terrible journey. They are responsible for much of this through actions like DACA.

If we didn't incentivize illegal immigration so much, people like this might not try as often. However, it's a choice. Millions upon millions of people live in Mexico and Central America without being kidnapped by drug cartels.
