NICE!! I lived in Virginia for 10 years. Now I see why it was such a nice place to live.

The state of VA only has two small sancturary cities. Maybe that's how they keep them away if they are here illegal. Should be like this everywhere.

I have been back in charlotte for one year, already looking to move away. Way to many illegals here.

I live in one of them (Alexandria). even though i'm likely leaving VA anyway, i'm happy my home state is doing something to stop our state from becoming the east coast version of CA (mexifornia).
