You know, maybe if we Americans are so concerned, we should just stop buying drugs - but no, that ain't gonna happen. People are stupid (even here in America) and will continue doing what they are doing.

The same could be said about weapons and ammo being smuggled into Mexico. Maybe instead of trying to control legal gun shops and gun shows, Mexicans should just stop buying guns -- or violence in Mexico will just continue to grow.

Open borders allow in millions of illegals and the drugs. And not all illegals are here picking lettuce -- many are the drug mules and vendors for their cartels.

Actually if Calderon were at all sincere on wanting to stop weapons from being smuggled into Mexico and the drug cartels, he'd be helping us to enforce that border.

A border security guard was killed Jan 1 in El Paso and then the other day a border patrol agent was run down and killed -- two killings already this year of border agents.

Mexico has it's military on the border right now.

Which man? The linked article states that 7 were apprehended - there was no mention of ethnicity of either perp. Are you in the know about this case or something?

Is it any wonder we still have easily penetrated borders? Why the head in the sand attitude for so long? Criminals dont just come in small brown packages.

I will take it from your silence on responding to my questions relating to this (mis)information, and consider that it is nothing more than a lame excuse to try to pass the blame to asians for Mexico's greed and corruption until you show us otherwise.
