True. Illinois also has a severe illegal problem and how does it deal with it? Giving them welfare no questions asked. Public aid requires translators and they saw regardless of immigration. It's a lknown fact many gang bangers are illegal.
There is nothing we can do, and anyway they are all going to be pardoned by 20 Jan 2017.
I'm not so sure about that since Obama pretty much threw the illegal aliens under the bus; they still haven't gotten their amnesty and 2015 is more than half over.
Yes it is great article and it is amazing how behind the scenes really happen. We all know about Obamas Executive order run here. I wonder what would happen if all of Obama Executive Orders were with drawn? All Federal Laws are to be enforced and the reintroduction of Bill Clinton order on Sanctuary Cities.
What worries me in these orders a open border advocate could say the president has set the standard on policy.
Obama has no opportunity to "fix it". It is quite out of his control. The only thing he can do is try and minimize the damage. And that will bring the sticks and stones from the antis.

Not true. Obama most definitely CAN fix it. Both the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security are Executive branch departments. He can order them to do anything (legal) that he wants. He doesn't need the permission of Congress. He could order the border to be sealed tomorrow. But he hasn't and he never will. He could order a lot of things that would help. But he won't.
Previous presidents are just as guilty but at the moment Obama owns this problem.
