Let me put it this way: we as a nation are entitled to defend our borders against invaders-------never mind what our cowardly 'government' thinks.

If it means 'shoot to kill' orders; so be it.

Or; we could simply copy line for line Mexico's regulations for illegals in their nation and enforce 'em.

If anything positive can come out of this tragedy, maybe, just maybe, it will be the ROE's.

Considering their blatant disrespect for our immigration laws it is obvious these goons have absolutely no respect for any of our laws, any of our citizens or our Border Patrol Agents and other Law Enforcement Officers.

However, I have a feeling this ILLEGAL was hauling DRUGS or HUMAN CARGO, not hunting for the 7 bucks. In either case, the requirement for our Border Patrol Agents to use "stop strips" instead of an equal approach of SHOOT TO KILL is downright ridiculous.
