Actually, illegals DO have rights. The Bill of Rights isn't reserved for US citizens only, contrary to conservative public opinion

illegals do have rights while in this country. and while they do not extend to things like the right to keep and bear arms, they do have the right to free speech, free association, and well as the miranda rights. they have the right to a speedy trial, due process, etc.
they however do not have the right to a job in this country. they do have to produce proper ID indicating that they are allowed to work in this country according to the I9 form that every business is required to fill out for each employee.
The fine for hiring an illegal should be increased to $250,000 per illegal. You hire four illegals, your company is out a million. That would bring an end to a lot of this nonsense. It would still be legal to hire DOCUMENTED aliens. Hire all you want.

Got a point, and yes that would end things. But we know this will never happen.
the immigration program is fraught with contradictory laws some of which were by executive order.
