Yes EASILY, and Americans must get together and stop it for good.

The veteran who took it down "Could" be charged with various crimes, however a prosecutor would have to be insane to file charges. I saw the interview with the Vet when this first happened, and he seemed to be the sort who even if he was charged would be proud to accept his punishment for his "civil disobediance". Something many who practice civil disobediance fail to accept.

We will have to making this traitorous act of flying other countries flags above ours a serious offense, or it will end up getting out of hand in the coming years. Do not speak a single word against our veterans!!!

Exactly, I'm an American citizen, but I hate one thing about America. The thing I hate is the way our American government panders to illegals! Oh, and, the way our politicians lie to get votes.

I said NOTHING negative about our veterans. I in fact COMPLIMENTED him as he struck me as the sort, that "IF" he was punished he would accept such punishment like a man and not whine about it.

United States Flag Code is U.S. Federal Law, even though it is not strictly enforced.

(f) When flags of States, cities, or localities, or pennants of societies are flown on the same halyard with the flag of the United States, the latter should always be at the peak. When the flags are flown from adjacent staffs, the flag of the United States should be hoisted first and lowered last. No such flag or pennant may be placed above the flag of the United States or to the United States flag's right.

(g) When flags of two or more nations are displayed, they are to be flown from separate staffs of the same height. The flags should be of approximately equal size. International usage forbids the display of the flag of one nation above that of another nation in time of peace.

I wasn't talking about you. I was referencing faiths post "Do not speak a single word against our veterans." I was speaking, in general, not about one specific poster.

I understand his love for America, but I don't think it warrants him throwing another country's flag on the ground.

But then again, cooler heads never prevail in debates like this.
