of course not.. only one, who is from same.. would consider that it doesn't matter to the family of the victim that the killer is in fact someone who does NOT belong in OUR country in the first place.. tell it to the victims family that it shouldn't matter that this illegal mexican has already been deported, has already been charged twice before for DUI.. just to slither his illegal lowlife a$$ over the border once again to kill their family member!

Look, I'm pretty versatile on the immigration issue. I'm for a little of both sides and even I have the logic to point out that this is not about immigration. It is about a man who was apparently drunk and killed an American. Horrible, and unimaginable, but I am forced to see the logic on this issue. Let's take it into depth, "If this man was never in the U.S this wouldn't of never happened!". Let me tell you this. If a lot of people were never in the U.S, a lot of things wouldn't/would of happened. Stop making this a race signature, cubans have nothing to do with this. The wetfoot dry/foot policy defeats the purpose of "waiting in line" like a lot of people on this forum point out.

2. They don't "wait in line", they come as they please.
3. "deplete" the system: healthcare, welfare e.t.c

This law is what many people here say, "Rewarding criminals". This is like a special amnesty designed for Cubans only.
