WASHINGTON (AP) The Obama administration deported fewer immigrants over the past 12 months than at any time since 2006, according to government figures obtained by The Associated Press.

Deportations of criminal immigrants have fallen to the lowest levels since President Barack Obama took office in 2009, despite his pledge to focus on finding and deporting criminals living in the country illegally. The share of criminal immigrants deported in relation to overall immigrants deported rose slightly, from 56 percent to 59 percent.

US government deports fewest immigrants in nearly a decade

With over 10 million of those crooks here; Obama NEEDS to step up and allow ICE and so on to do their jobs.

He is working his plan. We need those probably more like 30 million to depress our economy which is what he intended to do. He said "change" and we got "change". Now, if we can only get rid of it.

It is easy to not deport legal immigrants which is what I suspect is the number being supplied by Obama.

He still protects the illegal immigrants and refuses to deport them. Kind of a way to falsify the numbers to support his illegal actions. IMO

The first part of the plan is to provide as many illegals as possible amnesty. After that is done plan 2 starts, which is fast track them to citizenship. Step three is for them to vote Democrat. If this happens the U.S. will never have a Republican again as president.

IF your opinion's right; then Obama NEEDS to do his dirty work and soon. Tho even Obama may be worried about trying to force through any kind of amnesty because that COULD blow up and bad on the Dems for 2016.

Do the pro-amnesty people actually think it will stop with legalizing the ones already here? The ones they claim are all so hardworking with children who are all red-blooded Americans? The so-called path to citizenship will be like the bat signal to Batman: a huge, glowing beacon telling everyone who wants to come here illegally that they can. The pro-amnesty people must not know anything about daisy chain migration either. Every illegal that is legalized will demand to bring their second cousin's husband's sister's stepson and HIS entire family. And because our immigration laws are about family relations instead of skill level, the numbers of people needed government assistance will skyrocket, as will needs for housing, health care, public schools, etc.

Those who have ethnic ties to illegal aliens or hire them for profit just plain don't care. Bleeding heart liberals however are totally clueless, unfortunately.

Legal immigration is over 1 million a year. Over 11 million illegal immigrants in the U.S.
Fewest deportations in almost a decade.
Obama said he was going to transform America. [fastest growing language in the U.S.- Arabic]

Obama let his illegal aunt stay at the WH and nobody from the media dared to say a thing as everything would be flipped around as being racism.
