Two years is nothing. I wonder what the requirements are for other states with in-state tuition for illegals. If I remember correctly the NC bill stipulated 3 years. These kids don't even have to have attended all of their high school years in America?

Worst part about this is, they'll probably win and he'll probably get his way, because that seems to be the trend.

Absolutely disgusting how demanding they are. They should be glad they aren't deported. In-state tuition is for the AMERICAN dreamers only, not illegal immigrants.
