“Unaccompanied” is an audio-visual story of young immigrants in the Washington, D.C. area who were among the thousands of children seeking refuge from the violence of Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala created by photographer Oliver Contreras and CARECEN, the Central American Resource Center. Following President Obama’s statement about a humanitarian crisis on the border in the summer of 2014, these youths captured the national spotlight. Countless articles related stories of tragic and violent journeys.

They made the long, rough journey to cross the U.S. border alone. Here are their faces and voices. - The Washington Post

If these people are the "real deal" like as in refugees; hold them in detention camps till it can be PROVEN they're legit. Most would be real happy to get 3 hots and a cot.

I like to know how or why they came here without their parents. Hmm, makes me wonder.

It figures that this is from WaPo. That fish wrap is all about printing sob stories about illegals and trying to convince readers that all illegals are wonderful people.

If you read the comments posted, you will see that the overwhelming majority have no sympathy for these so-called "young immigrants".
