While this weekend will be a happy occasion for the thousands of inmates who are U.S. citizens and will reunite with their families, many of the roughly 1,780 foreign inmates to be put on the deportation track will leave family members behind in the United States

Mass release of U.S. prisoners spells deportation for hundreds

Oh well. Life can be tough when breaking the law.

I suspect they will never actually be deported. They'll get lost in the beaurocracy, and we"ll be reading about their new crimes soon. Only most media won't mention they are the illegals.
And if deported, they'll be right back, thanks to the Dems for refusing to pass Kate's Law.

I think it is past time that we limit civil liberties to our US citizens, the ones that fought for them and are trying to maintain them. I say load them up, take them to the border along with some agents and cattle prods.

Now, if the families will just follow them back. So, for sure when they come back illegally again, that will be a felony. Maybe if they stall long enough, which I am sure they will, the wall will be in progress and Obama will be just be a bad and fading memory.

Agreed tho I've got no problem with giving most civil liberties to LEGAL aliens. ILLEGAL aliens; they just need to leave the US or face hard time in prison.

All of these illegals suing the government are just too much. I can't even imagine how much that is costing the taxpayers and now they all get a lawyer getting out of prison to try to stay here. They shouldn't have been here in the first place to even ever of had to go to prison.

That's the one thing that the media never mentions is that the illegals shouldn't have been here in the first place.

Really? Wow, thanks for the heads up. We've only been discussing this for years in here and how they need to be stopped with e-verify.
