Unbelievable. The government has gone full retard. They file law suits on behalf of illegals who break laws, steal American identities and otherwise live off our generous handout system, and now there are two separate laws for everything. One for illegals who get a free pass who get to pay for it all AND go to jail - US Citizens. The government is run by complete and UTTER morons.

Our government is doing this because they want more votes for their party in 2016. Sickening, but it's happening.
I think the person that should decide the punishment is the one that was harmed. We really need to start doing that. And, the last person you would to cause any problems would be me. I want to go back to hanging in the town square! I mean if you are guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt.................
I have a lot of concern with this living in a city with a higher percentage of illegals. We are always on guard checking and cross-checking. I am really glad we have a unique name.
Meanwhile, if an American committed ID theft, s/he would be thrown in jail for a very long time.
Because of what this disgusting, despicable illegal did, the victim of the ID theft is left in a world of hurt that will take literally years and lots of money to straighten out. Where is the compassion for the victim? The victim deserves help and compassion. So what if the illegal is old. Let him spend the rest of his days rotting in jail.
Illegals are getting a free pass and the rich love them.. Today I was talking to a guy who works with illegals who plant trees... the illegals are paid well, they also collect every kind of welfare benefit they can... Now this guy is white who is the only American born blue collar worker and is the driver of a tractor trailer and works with the illegals.. he was hired because he has a legal CDL worked hard all his life , came from a huge family and did not have the benefit of an advanced education.
The rich guy who ordered $60,000 of large trees for his mansion estate came out and tipped each illegal a $100 bill. The white guy got nothing. One illegal mexican told the white guy the rich man said , if you are white and have not become rich it is their fault. They do not deserve a tip.. how is that for a rich guy looking down on a hard working white American who worked his butt off all his life. I was sick when he told me what happened to him. Makes me more angry at the wealthy who pander to the illegals and shun the working guys who are Americans and never took a dime from their government. Sick!! I am disgusted!!! God help us ...
Taratova: That is horrible. It gets worse everyday. We all subsidize the cheap labor with our tax dollars and, of course, the rich love it. $60,000 is more than we paid for our house. I guess if the taxpayers would have paid for our kids from conception, we might be buying $60,000 worth of big trees too!
I just feel like these illegals have us tied in place, tied down to where we can do nothing. Everyone just shrugs their shoulders about it. "What you goin' do?" How about kick the POTUS to the curb and any other illegal sympathizers and start enforcing the law.
EXACTLY I'm married to a woman that before I met her she had jumped through hoops to get a green card. She followed all the laws and now she sees illegals getting a better treatment and a easier path than she did. She is thinking "why did I bother"
The liberal dems will never get it until they themselves become victims. No one seems to care about the victim anymore including murder victims. We seem to bend over backwards so we don't treat the criminal harshly or violate his rights... Oh yeah illegals do have rights nowadays didn't you know?
