The Libs and Democrats call that forced labor. Jack Kemp suggested it. He went as far as requiring tenants in low income housing to be required to maintain their own units. He was shouted down and accused of mandating forced labor.

Forced Labor? OMG. Even I have a hard time accepting that.

Does anyone know if they ever found the workers from Nepal? Shouldn't the US government be able to tell if they left the country or not? If not so much for being able to secure the border.
