Default 'Hispanic panic' as Arizona immigration crackdown bites

I am surprised the AZ folks have not posted this. Just for clarification... Though the title suggests all Hispanics are in a panic the article is actually referring to illegal workers in a panic.

The effects of the law have been immediate, according to businessmen, workers and rights activists who spoke to AFP, with companies driving up wages to attract labor while being forced to part company with prized employees.
Obviously; those workers were not that prized----------otherwise, their employers would have sponsored 'em.

Memo to greedy employers: Deal with it!
