Even if it were only 1 crime, if that person was not here illegally that would be one less. If one of that (alleged) 40,000 was your mother, your sister or your brother, would you still feel the same?
Right off an anti-illegal website, it wasn't exactly 40k:

That's more than 9,000 murdered a year, or about 36,000 in the past four years.
Lies, Conservatives and Statistics: Crime Waves, Lie Waves

I'm assuming these 36,000 in the past 4 years were actually convicted. If one of my family members was killed by one, what difference would that make if the numbers are there?? As a matter of fact I have had family killed by an illegal, but that family member was also illegal. Do I feel any different? you can't fight the statistics.

Here's a website that helps illegal aliens circumvent the laws. Here's a sample of the crime waive taking place in America daily:

The fact that so many Americans of Mexican descent want amnesty and special treatment of their illegal alien friends and family is what is killing America. Those marches were a mixed bag of dual citizenship as well. America as we know it will surely be DOA if we don't win this upcoming election.

Now I'm accused of being dumb by someone who couldn't understand a simple concept? Andreabeth.. lol help me out on this one. She was able to point out my opinion and you couldn't, I had to spoon feed it to you. Haha. Oh and by the way, I am dumb? just see how smart I will be when I get to your age .

We must not put ILLEGAL immigrants into the same box as LEGAL immigrants. The ILLEGAL immigrants do not feel they should apply to live in America or go by the rules that govern the rest of us. The LEGAL immigrants are vetted, put in line and it costs money to go through the process. LEGAL immigrants are normal hard working people who have shown that they are prepaired to take the long honest route and obey the rules. LEGAL immigrants do not want illegals as much as any other citizen.

Ok fair enough. So you disagree with the wet foot/ dry foot policy right? The government is giving citizenship to people who, as you said: do not feel they should apply to live in America, they don't want to "wait in line".
