Illegals is incorrect. But they are behaving illegally by being undocumented. I don't see an issue with Illegal Immigrant if we can have Legal Migrants then the flip should work too. But an Illegal is an incorrect use of the word.

Illegal Alien
Also known as an "Undocumented Alien," is an alien who has entered the United States illegally and is deportable if apprehended, or an alien who entered the United States legally but who has fallen "out of status" and is deportable.

https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Inte...volving-Aliens

Then you need to tell the US govt they're full of it, The correct word IS "illegal" here.

Illegals simply is short for illegal aliens and you know it. They aren't undocumented as there is no such term in in our immigration laws. No, we have annual quotas for legal immigration and there are good reasons for that. Illegal immigration negates those sane quotas. You can't have millions of foreigners flooding our borders illegally uncontrolled and unaccounted for and not have a negative impact on job opportunities and resources for our own citizens. Surely you can understand that.

No one who violates your house, burglars it, and leaves you with the bill is ILLEGAL.
HOW DARE THOSE OWNERS ....

Simple, truthful and right to the point.

Yes, people are held accountable for their actions, not just for being.

What kind of mindset thinks they can just "walk in" to someone's house?

That is exactly what illegal aliens do.
Let's hold the accountable.

Nowadays they don't even use the term undocumented. They just say immigrants period. Then you must read the entire article to suss out what's going on.

Surely you misunderstand the post, you agreed with essentially the same point one post later. While I appreciate your attempt at legal analysis I'll leave it to the experts

I think even you can understand that a legal migrant has documents or is documented and an illegal immigrant would have no documents or is undocumented.

Thus, he is not an illegal. He is committing an illegal act by being an undocumented person entering the country. Illegal Immigrant is a correct term. An Illegal doesn't actually make sense it's not a noun. That's the essence of the argument. Please try some more legal analysis Id love to see some more attempts.
