They would be related to some peoples of Asia but American Indians have their own specific DNA and even then it is different depending on tribe/region(s). You have people from Russia that are more closely/recently related to people of Northern China than to American Indians.

Actually many are mixed w/ more than two races including black. Remember btw that many Asians came to new world during the colonial period from very early on. Look up the Manila Galleon trade. That contributed to a lot do the Asian clustered genetic components among many Latinos as well!
