A woman age 55 from South America who has no papers has been renting a room in my house for several years. I felt sorry for her. I am moving out next month and have rented my entire house to a new family. My current roommate is refusing to leave. HOW CAN I GET HER OUT?

Get a lawyer, you may have to evict her. Ask this same question in the Renting forum under Real Estate.

Good! I hope you fail in renting the entire apartment. Serve you right for helping an illegal. I believe for some reason they call this poetic justice.

In the Real Estate Forum, you posted you have been renting to this woman for the past year.
"I allowed a lady to rent a room in my house last yr for very little money because she had no place to live."
If your intention is to rent the place out 3/1, your best bet is to pay her. Even then....she may balk.
Eviction will take much longer than your window of opportunity.
