BTW, I'm a female. That's why my screen name is "Mom2Feebs". Just another assumption on your part.

What I find so fascinating is that there is any debate on this at all, and that I am the one being crucified for even SUSPECTING a hispanic is illegal. Let's see if I have this right:

I'm an American citizen. Born right here in the good ol' US of A.
I was hit in my car and put in the hospital.
Another person was put in the hospital.
My car was totaled.
The driver of the car that hit me RAN AWAY on foot.
The passenger of the car that hit me made a statement to the police about the driver's status in this country.
The police did a full investigation to try to find the driver.
The follow up report states that because of the nature of his status, they have yet to be able to find him.
My insurance company also did a full investigation.

And you sit there and question me as to whether I am some sort of racist/nationalist/whatever?

Seriously, if anything, I deserve an apology from you.
You posted a story about you getting crashed by someone. What does that have to do with immigration? Because the man who happened to crash you was Hispanic? maybe.

So now I'm a liar? Wow, your head is really far, far up there, isn't it?

I can't debate this topic with you any further. Clearly you cannot respond to anything I've said with a modicum of intelligence or reason. You only continue to accuse and assume. Reminds me of an old phrase I heard once on a message board a long time ago:

Don't ever wrestle in the mud with a pig.
You just get dirty and the pig likes it.

I'm responding with logic of course. You keep skewing the point, for example this post. You can't see it in your head that the reason you posted the story was to throw dirt on Hispanics in general. Because after all, all Hispanics are illegal right?
