The video of the mother speaking is a little rough to watch especially if you have children of your own and see illegal immigrants closing in on your area of our country:

Mother of Son Murdered by an Illegal Breaks Down in Tears Before Congress, Begging for Immigration Enforcement - Breitbart

And here is a long list of crimes against our citizens: http://www.immigrationshumancost.org...victims_2.html

Illegal aliens laugh at us.. they have no fear.. they have gotten the message that we will do nothing about illegal immigration.. they have more rights than Americans and they have known it for years..they are pampered by the democrats and the problem ignored by the republicans..

One lumber yard started hiring illegals.. before they were hired , the American union workers had overtime offered to them and those with seniority got the overtime if they wanted it..

After the illegals were hired, all the men were sent home and no overtime given.. the illegals would leave and come back after all the legal Americans left.. they got all the overtime. This was found out some time later when one of the men happened to go back and saw the illegals still working. This is why Americans are getting the shaft.

Not exactly...taken from wikipedia

Mexico
Legislative framework
In Mexico, criminal legislation is shared between the federal and state governments. The federal law establishes the age of 12 as the minimum age of consent, while the age at which there are no restrictions for consensual sexual activities is 18 (sex with someone 12-18 is not illegal per se, but can still be open to prosecution under certain circumstances). Local state laws may override the federal law. In practice, the decision as to whether or not to prosecute is left to state authorities regardless of the younger person's age. At state level, the minimum ages of consent vary between 12 (and puberty in a few states) and 15, while the age at which there are no restrictions for consensual sexual activities vary from 16 to 18 (most common 18).

So basically the way that I understand it is that the age of consent is at least 12, but you have to be under 18, though even if you are...you can STILL be prosecuted if the state wants to, you are basically taking a gamble here.

To be able to not be prosecuted, most ages is 18, i think there was 1 or 2 states that were 16.

Each U.S. state (and the District of Columbia) has its own age of consent. Currently state laws set the age of consent at 16, 17, or 18. The most common age is 16

While the general age of consent is now set between 16 and 18 in all U.S. states, the age of consent has widely varied across the country in the past. In 1880, the age of consent was set at 10 or 12 in most states, with the exception of Delaware where it was 7.[3] The ages of consent were raised across the U.S. during the late 19th century and the early 20th century.[4][5] By 1920 ages of consent generally rose to 16-18 and small adjustments to these laws occurred after 1920. As of 2015 the final state to raise its age of general consent was Hawaii, which changed it from 14 to 16 in 2001.[6]

Wow, 7 in Delaware? Now that's sick...

Agreed. Tho the laws were tightened up to at least scare the true pedophiles like what happened in Delaware.
