Students are not actually in danger of being grabbed by ICE agents while at school; ICE considers schools and churches to be “sensitive” locations and does not carry out raids in schools, said spokeswoman Virginia Kice.
But families don’t trust the word of the immigration agency, and some were afraid to send their kids to school after ICE carried out a series of raids across the country last month targeting Central American immigrants, said board member Ref Rodriguez, who co-sponsored the resolution.

I'd like to know how any school can ban the Feds from entering their schools. After all we are told that illegal immigration is a federal issue. Any attempt by any state or city to deter illegal immigration is given a slap on the wrist or sued for doing so. What a double standard there is.
Let them be afraid to send their kids to school. We want them to fear as long as they remain in our country illegally.

Agreed. IF Obama wants to play this "it's a federal issue" game; then the feds need to override ANY "law" that protects illegal aliens from being picked up and deported. Period.

Those are some excellent rhetorical questions. There seem to be a large number of people working for local and state governments who believe that CA is no longer under the authority of the U.S. government, or simply do not care.
Still, who would ever have thought we'd see the day when ICE agents took their orders from illegal aliens and their enablers? We have to make things easy for illegals to pick the pockets of the Dumb Gringo (that's us).

Welcome to the new Los Angeles. Illegals can do whatever they want, and there's homeless everywhere.
It ain't paradise anymore. And it will never be the promised land it used to be ever again.
