There is no law that says we have to provide special benefits and privileges to CRIMINALS. If we did the right thing, round up and deport criminal aliens, offering them special benefits would be a non-issue. However, that would mean the executive branch of the federal government would actually be doing what they are constitutionally mandated to do-to enforce federal laws. And since we have a lawbreaker as the HMFIC, he chooses what laws to enforce and what to ignore at will.

I know you're trying to make an intelligent retort, but sorry you failed miserably. I really hope you had a bottle of Mr. Daniels in your hand while writing that
So you are saying that only criminals of Mexican descent should get special privileges? Not ones from China, Russia or North Korea?

The ones from China, Russia, or North Korea was made in reference to invading government armies, not private citizens. Read again, please

Coming up empty on the US citizen clauses for the Bill of Rights, are we? If the constitution was only written for us, why do non-citizen foreigners have a right to a trial by jury if they commit a crime in the US?

So do American citizens. American citizens come first and foremost, followed by legal immigrants. We, as a nation, owe illegal aliens absolutely nothing. Period.
