Montana state officials are not allowed to report the immigration status of people seeking state services, the state’s high court ruled on Tuesday.
In a unanimous decision, the court struck down the last piece of a voter-approved law meant to deter undocumented immigrants from living and working in the “Treasure State.” It upholds a 2014 ruling stating that the law denying unemployment benefits, university enrollment and other services to people who are in the country illegally was unconstitutional.

I just don't get it; why so many courts HATE Americans here by protecting illegal aliens.

Many Americans erroneously believe the Bill of Rights apply to citizens only. That's not true in the slightest. Plus, the US is signatory to UN treaties that protect human rights for foreigners on US soil
After reading here for years, I now strongly feel that the United States borders need to be thrown wide open, thus allowing anyone in the world to come here and receive free services, among other entitlements, at the expense of US taxpayers. After all, we are the richest country on earth; it's the least we can do. Makes perfect sense to me.
I am sure that's what our forefathers meant almost 250 years ago, and we should abide by their rules.
Oh, wait, wasn't that when only Caucasians counted as human beings, many were slave owners, Native Americans lost their land, women were not allowed to vote and considered chattel, ad nauseam? Yup, THOSE forefathers. The ones who declared that every person "must receive equal protection under the laws." See how far THAT went....
How easy it is to pick and choose whatever interpretation that fits some folks' agendas.

The US born kids of foreign diplomats DON'T get birthright and their parents are in the US legally. I don't get how the US born kids of ILLEGAL aliens have more rights.
If talking that Chinese family with their US born kid 150 years ago, the family was in the US legally, NOT illegally.
If Chinese, Russian, and North Korean soldiers landed in the U.S. and started conquering one neighborhood after another, would they too be protected by the Bill of Rights simply because they're standing on U.S. soil?
