Perhaps you can enlighten me as to how I 'failed miserably'.
Montana state officials are not allowed to report the immigration status of people seeking state services, the state’s high court ruled on Tuesday.
In a unanimous decision, the court struck down the last piece of a voter-approved law meant to deter undocumented immigrants from living and working in the “Treasure State.” It upholds a 2014 ruling stating that the law denying unemployment benefits, university enrollment and other services to people who are in the country illegally was unconstitutional.

Many Americans erroneously believe the Bill of Rights apply to citizens only. That's not true in the slightest. Plus, the US is signatory to UN treaties that protect human rights for foreigners on US soil
There is a difference between human rights and US Constitutional rights.
How in the world can an illegal claim unemployment benefits? They aren't even supposed to be allowed to work if they are here illegally. What stupidity is sweeping this nation, state by state. Thanks Obama.
When you are ready to amend the Constitution's 14th Amendment to read as such.....
[...]; nor shall any state deprive any citizen of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any citizen within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
...let me know.
Until such time, keep groveling and complaining....you're doing a great job wasting precious time.
CITIZEN. Look it up!

Yes, there is. Why don't these people know this?

Maybe it a ploy to get them in the system as "undocumented' so when they start loading the buses going south, they'll know where to find them.
In reality, this kind of news is great and I want to see more and more of it leading up to November 2016. It helps elect my candidate!
Since you agree with him, why don't you also help the other posters in finding the relevant clause that states Constitutional rights are only for US citizens? They seem to be having a hard time

For whom is a constitution written?
