Agreed and despicable. ANY illegal alien that tries that kind of stuff needs to be locked up on the spot, held then deported. Period.

Many double income American families work their fingers to the bone yet cannot save anywhere best $25,000. How'd they do it? Oh yeah tax evasion.

I hope they lose in court. But unfortunately, there's a chance they could get their way.
Yup. The DC area is overrun with illegals. Fairfax County is a sanctuary jurisdiction for them. When Prince William County got tough on illegals and they packed up and moved, they moved to either Fairfax County or to Montgomery County, MD.

Exactly! When we were renters, we always had to fill out an application and give the landlord/management company our SSNs.

Illegals act like they are exempt from the law

That's because our very own government has allowed them to feel exempt and comfortable. We also should not forget all of the businesses that hire illegals, too.

Every passing day the illegal aliens are gaining more and more confidence that they will not be touched. They've gone this far with baby steps: find employment; receive help/welfare services; receive driver's licenses; not get deported; and now the ability to sue. All of this has happened in less than 20 years. Next on the list will be amnesty. Ball game over.

They also appear to own the trailer. So does a trailer park space renter have a right to approve tenants with a criteria that hits Hispanics almost exclusively? I would think there is a very good chance the trailer park loses.

Particularly with an owned trailer.
Wrong. The kid and his father can stay.

I don't know how it works in that state but good chance that the trailer is seen the same way as a car or boat and only the land is leased, even if the trailer is "connected" to the land with a septic system or whatever.

Again the situation is not a standard rental. It is a space rental for a trailer. And no the kid cann't stay if his mother has to leave.

This will be a classical disparate action suit and will likely be won.

What's interesting to me is this trailer park is managed. and possibly owned by a huge property management company. This company manages dozens of apartment complexes, shopping centers, and office buildings. Definitely not a mom & pop trailer park.

They have lots of money to defend the lawsuit, but I wonder how dedicated they are to the underlying principle?

Their opponent will end up the US government. You think they can outspend that?
