“They were roaming the area. I didn’t know who it was and I didn’t want to get close to the car,” said Sorto-Hernandez, 19, speaking through an interpreter. “Another student was with me and they told him to get on the bus. I didn’t know what was happening. They just asked me who I was.”

Hey guy; quit whining since YOU disobeyed a direct order to leave the US. Too; what's this bit about you not knowing English since MOST younger people can learn to speak it pretty good after 2 years.

He was 19 attending one of our schools but couldn't speak English?

We need a government that will enforce the laws, and protect the US citizen.

Good catch by ICE, he had a deportation order from the Federal Judge so he should be deported. I don't believe he should have been given Bond, but that is up to the Judge. Opening the Border to people brought all this problem on that we have now because Obama opened the Border to catch and release Women and Children, so this is a result of this. Now, the fugitive teams from ICE have to chase and find women and children because they were initially released from the Border!

How long do they stay in school? I graduated from high school at 17 years old. They don't have to learn English since under the Special Education Funding, the funding that denied my son with Down syndrome needed services because they didn't have the money since "English As A Second Language" was sucking down all the funding in AZ. I thought they taught them English but learned instead that they were teaching them in Spanish because English was their 2nd language. My son, a US citizen from birth didn't have one language. Also, a lot of them that can speak English but don't.

I wonder if they think if they stay in school that it will keep them from being deported. Also, this it shouldn't be at a bus stop or school? I don't understand that at all. Here, they apprehend citizen criminals in front of their children, etc.

Actually, it would be a good idea to apprehend them at school and bus stops. This would let the others know what they may face. Say, a classmate is guilty of a crime and gets picks up from school, it sends a message to others that might think of committing a crime. Teaching moment.

They probably had their eye on him because he most likely is part of a gang or had some crimes attributed to him.

Exactly. Sounds like they're doing their job. No issue I can see. Of course I'm not some bleeding heart pro-illegal type person.

They actually have more rights than we do. Most of the illegals go to college - free - and become Immigration Attorneys so they pore over everything they get their hands on, looking for loopholes to better the illegals standings. They encourage illegals to sue over any little bitty thing. They sue for millions of dollars, and they always win. Obama probably lets them use the white house lawyers, like he did for the muslims.
