Helllllooooooo Mcfly???????????? We have spent TRILLIONS on illegals. Need to invest money now to save TRILLIONS later.

Don't need 30,000 ICE agents. 10,000 total. 500 in Each heavily illegal populated area. With the help of other feds and locals it would be a breeze.

Easy as pie

Sigh. People just aren't thinking outside the box enough. What about all those automotive plants in Mexico that can't find workers? Get the major auto manufacturers to do their part, gather up and transport the folks back home with their families, have a job waiting for them. These corporations understand logistics, they could do it.

Illegals and anchors cost between 200 and 230 BILLION a year. Low users of welfare??? look up the los angeles county study. 1 BILLION in one county in 1 YEAR.

Again please show me where it says illegal anchors are citizens.

I'll wait.

Clogged roads and 25 to a house is fact. I deal in reality not fallacy

Children of Undocumented Immigrants in the U.S.: Rights and Opportunities - Lawyers.com

The wiki and other places have many discussions of birth right citizenship. While some argue it is not US law it is the generally accepted rule in the US. No USSC decision on the exact circumstances of a child born to an illegal alien exist but the operating assumption universally is that they are citizens.

All BS. Need far more than 25000 tp actually enforce existing law. And lawyers and judges and detention facilities and guards etc.

Moneys have to be appropriated. They will not be. Simple but apparently past the grasp of some.

Actually the 14th amendment was never meant for illegals. "Subject to the jurisdiction thereof" means here legally. One has to look to senator Jacob Howard's statement "this will not include, of course, aliens, foreigners, and children of ambassadors".

One must also look to the wong Kim ark case 1898. His parents were here legally on visas so his birth allowed him citizenship. Illegals ARE NOT legit citizens.

The supreme court has never ruled on it and it must be decided once and for all. Must be retroactive from 1986

It's like talking to a child.

Of course it will cost money. Have to spend billions now to save TRILLIONS later.

Do you grasp this concept? Please explain why you don't.

If the auto companies need to recruit the obvious place is interior Mexico not the US. I am not aware of a problem staffing these plants. Cite? References I find indicate that it has gotten somewhat competitive for workers in border plants but not that there is an actual shortage.

Like talking to a child.

Money has to be appropriated by Congress. There is no desire in Congress to do so nor is there any broad public support to do so. Forty years of History says it is not going to happen.

Simple but apparently a difficult concept.

Read the literature. Yes there are some that say it does not apply. However the vast consensus and, more practically, operating practice is to provide citizenship at birth to such children in all the US.

So until a contrary court decision that is the law of the land.

Oh there is a lot of public support. The communist news network just won't report on it.

It will happen when the American people are fed up. I believe it has gotten to that point
